  You'd have a couple issues fitting a bike rack to a ladder rack on your 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 short bed. The first being that the spread between the two uprights of the ladder rack would be too far apart for a bike rack to be able to fit and the fact that none of the bike racks we offer will fit the larger crossbars that the Adarac rack has. This probably isn't the solution you were looking for but you'd be best served installing a roof rack on your 2016 GMC Sierra quad cab like the Rhino...
